These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the palbet platform, including the website at palbet.org, all associated games, services, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing the Platform.

• You have not previously been excluded from palbet or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;

palbet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

To access real-money gaming features on palbet, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) palbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. palbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify palbet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. palbet support is available 24/7 to assist with account security concerns.

palbet reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

palbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. palbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits are credited to your palbet wallet upon successful processing. palbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. palbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change.

palbet reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, palbet will notify the account holder and may request additional information before making a final determination.

All transactions on palbet are conducted in Philippine Peso. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the account holder.

All games available on the palbet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

palbet uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. All game results are final once confirmed by the system. palbet does not alter game outcomes after the fact.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, palbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. palbet will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or bets placed in violation of these Terms, may be voided at palbet's discretion. Any winnings derived from such bets may be forfeited.

palbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited.

palbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. palbet also reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in breach of the applicable terms.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new palbet members only. One bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless otherwise stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the palbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with games or sports betting markets;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your palbet account by any third party;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing palbet staff or other players.

All content on the palbet Platform — including but not limited to the palbet name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of palbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any palbet content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, palbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

palbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your palbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

palbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

palbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

palbet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

palbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if palbet reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding compliance checks or legal holds.

You may close your palbet account at any time by contacting palbet support. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game or sports betting rules.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. palbet operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through palbet's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

palbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, palbet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the palbet Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
